Terms

Orders. Products are made to order. Prices are in DKK. The order form gives an estimate; the final price is confirmed by email before we print.

Previews. For personalised items we send a preview for your approval. We start printing only after you approve it.

Pickup and payment. Orders are collected in Aalborg — exact spot agreed by email. Payment by MobilePay or cash at pickup, unless agreed otherwise.

Personalised items. Because each item is made to your specification, personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty. If something arrives damaged or not as agreed, contact us within 14 days and we’ll fix or reprint it.

Your content. You confirm you have the right to use any photos, logos or text you send us.

Handmade nature. Each piece is printed individually; small variations in colour and texture are normal.
